Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have no idea how you get a gun license in the UK. I live in a suburban area. I am known to mental health services but not to the police. Could I just lie on the form about my mental health? Could I just say I want to do hunting or clay pigeon shooting or whatever? I don't know how the whole process works when it comes to mental health in particular. Thanks in advance.

The easiest way to acquire a firearm in the UK is via a shotgun licence.

Unfortunately as part of the vetting process you will require a doctors signature.

As you are known to the mental health services, I think this will make things difficult for you.

Could I register at a different GP perhaps? I know sometimes your records don't transfer very effectively.

Or I could just say that I'm all better?

You could try.
The worst that could happen is that they refuse.

You would also require a reason for having one.

Perhaps you live in a rural area with a pest problem or you are a member of a clay shooting club. You'd also need evidence of this I expect.

Even if you "pass" the vetting - you'll be in for a very long wait. Might even run to years I'm afraid

I've had a little look at that myself

You can always get illegal firearms- if you know who to ask of course
