• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I spoke with a lawyer who thinks I have a very good case.

My problem - memory.

I think, oh, I need to call the lawyer and then forget or get distracted, that is how bad it is.

At this point I am just too tired of all of it. This is no way to live and soon will be homeless with no place to go.

I have a few good days where I think ok, if I had the help I need I could go on, but ultimately... why, why continue when it will only get worse with time? I am already showing early stages of dementia (loss of time).

I have left all of the information in my will if my family members want to go after him; although, they have not lifted a finger to help me and have made it much worse, maybe life will be a little easier for them or better yet for their children.

I hope so, but that will be up to them.

Thank you!

I try to practice mindfulness techniques and use ambient music to calm down but if that fails I may take a medication to control how I feel.
I highly suggest learning mindfulness techniques for other anxiety sufferers.

I haven't read through the whole thread but maybe try holding ice cubes? I find that after a while of holding them, there's a burning sensation. I do this when I feel the urge to impulsively hurt myself

I am currently learning to play a new instrument until I exit. It gives the illusion that I am really "trying to live" and I like to play songs that I love.

Music is of great comfort to me.

Origami. I forgot. That helps too.
