i got in a kinda disagreement with my friends and while i was really mad someone i really really like became like subject to it now he's like understandably mad about it and idk what to do i dont wanna lose him but idk how to like explain to him really that those werent my like real feelings and just how i felt like at the time and i was just like lashing out, idk. idk why im like this or what this is or how i can stop this, and this kinda stuff has happened before but im not usually as direct with it. how do i stop doing this and how do i like repair the damage and shit?
