how do you get prescribed benzos?

I know it's probably easier and less time consuming to buy it off the dark web but as someone who's nearly been caught ordering SN, I don't want to go through the stress of waiting for a suspicious package to arrive again. but how do you get it prescribed? When I told my psychiatrist I was having panic attacks, she prescribed me propranolol. When I said I was having extreme anxiety, she gave me fluoxetine and a fucking breathing exercise. my mental health has rapidly declined since I last saw her(because she is incredibly useless), so I think I may have a better chance at not being completely invalidated this time.

but even so, I think getting prescribed benzos where I live (NZ) is rare. What can you say without being labeled a drug seeker? would it be better to ask for them for my insomnia, or anxiety? FYI, I want benzos to reduce my anxiety for when I ctb lol. any help is appreciated

I don't understand it, it's like the most prescribed medication in the US and it's absolutely the same for me, they just don't prescribe that lol, it's a fucking pain in the ass.

Maybe you have luck if you ask some Junkys if you have some in your country, they maybe know someone that sells or probably get them prescribed. Some heroin and crack addicted people here get some, if you kindly ask them they may sell it to you

Say you're having intense anxiety specifically at night, and that the other drugs don't work for that. Be blunt and say you'd like to try a benzodiazapine, but specifiy that you only want a small amount to just see if it works. This usually gets the trust of the doctors. Make sure you describe details of the anxiety. Trauma memories worked for me.

I got some prescribed quite easily by talking about my anxiety and panic attacks. Guess it just depends on the doctor.

probably your psychiatrist dont like to prescribe benzos or in NZ they really dont prescribe that much. if it is 1st option, try another psychiatrist if possible, and talk about exactly what u tried with your psychiatrist: anxiety and maybe add panic attack
