I need a new speaker. Mine is too loud when you switch it on and having got over the minor cardiac arrest each time because of course I always forget, now it turns out that it gets louder when you put it on to charge. Obviously designed by some antisocial fun loving party person and not a middle aged grump who doesn't sleep well and likes tea and a gentle start to the day FFS.

Tired, headache, slightly suspicious about what my IBS is up to (IYKYK), can't believe it's still only Wednesday, trying to come up with positive and constructive plans for what to do this weekend if it's warm and sunny as currently forecast. And just rubbed moisturiser in my eye, which is a perfect way to end the day.

Got fired, no longer friends with one of my best friends. I'm trying my best to make the situation unfixable. I feel this deep connection with Ricardo Lopez, like I was him in a previous life. I don't want to get into detail because this is not what this forum section is for.

Sad, my therapist had to reschedule and I was really looking forward to todays session before I have to go into work this weekend. I suppose I could've done it over the phone but I have a weird anxiety with phone calls. Like even calling to order my phone makes my heart feel like it's going to explode, no clue why though.

In a different thread I said I was always second guessing myself and other people. Have decided it's easier to just not trust anyone. Finally understand why people take this position. The constant rollercoaster is exhausting and overwhelming and I hate myself for wanting to keep riding it even though I know what's coming.

I wish I could go into a forest and scream so much that death alone can console me. I wish I could jump off Beachy Head that by the time I hit the waters, the waters will offer my dead body solace and cradle me like a mother would cradle a new born with pure love and affection. I wish I could sit on top of the mountain looking out to the sea and die of an overdose - with just peace, quiet and Mother Nature taking me away from everything.
