Hello, I find myself often being too uncomfortable in my body or ruminating/being reminded of negative experiences to the point where I feel like I can't focus and that nothing I do has a point. I keep feeling used-up and tainted and I want to find a way to still provide value and to be able to work without my feelings interrupting. I try to be of use by volunteering and try to see myself as an objective programmable-set-of-instructions to distance myself but it doesn't work as I intend it to.

I usually turn out like that when I haven't smoked weed in a couple of days- I have ADHD so I get kinda restless and anxious with my body, overwhelming stress etc.

I have tried to smoke only one gram in the week past few weeks and it has been going pretty well. I don't mind working all day long while I feel more creative and energized.

Try some if you get a chance, it could help with the stress in the long run.
