I've been lax in hygiene because of the depressing and pointless nature of my situation but when I do take a shower, I take way too fucking long in there, sometimes I want to actually fall asleep in the shower, but it's awful for my skin and such, I just don't know any calming equivalent, I pretend I'm in another world underneath a waterfall (with very bad water pressure).
I was suffering really bad from racing intrusive thoughts nonstop, so I started to take ashwagandha and shockingly enough, it helped. I have to take more antacids cause the one I take has black pepper extract, annnnd I'm still extremely suicidal but hey, what can you do.

I just bought some of that recently. How long before you noticed it was helping? I only took it a few times and didn't notice anything at all. The ones I got are 1300mg.

Mine are 2100 MG and I take 3 a day, I noticed the effect within 2 days. I tend to notice when something effects (or doesnt effect) me pretty quickly though. Like I can attest to psychs saying that new antidepressants can take up to 4 weeks for you to feel an effect? Bullshit.
Alcohol, but Is killing me my life Is at the breach right now because a possible renal failure possible cirrosis....and not to speak how destroy your social family sentimental relationships, laboral AND all in your fucking life.
For fast-acting meds, benzos are standard. Beta blockers can help with the physical symptoms. Longer-term, besides the overprescribed SSRIs, some Tricyclics help with anxiety but doctors can get weird about prescribing them (remember the mention in the PPH?). If can you avoid meds of course, you're better off. Green tea, L-Theanine?
I keep having extreme anxiety after making the firm choice I'm going to CTB. At night before sleep I get overheated and extreme anxiety knowing I am going to CTB
