Not necessarily. Some have managed to CTB, some people choose to leave and self ban or they get banned for breaking the rules.

Sadly there is no way for us to really know.

This might be a weird request but, can there be a color code or some other identifier for self-ban, admin-ban and CTB. This way, we can honor, remember and acknowledge those who successfully ctb'd...just a thought.

It's often impossible to know for certain if they've successfully ctb though.

I appreciate your response. I guess if I was looking at crossed-out accounts and knew that they were gone, then writing a little note would bring a lot of comfort and some sense of closure. I'm not a Thana tourist, I just feel cheated pouring my heart out on non-CTB ss members...context is important to me.

There are some cases where we have access to their obits. Not sure exactly how that info gets leaked, but it happens.
