Hmm.. would they allow those resources? Also surveillance. Also allot of people seem to be struggling and they are not confined (even on this forum), so it baffles me a bit.

I'm not really familiar with the method, but there is a lot of hanging on prison.
There are special prisoners that in risk to ctb so they have extra surveillance.

But I think others knows better than me about those methods...

In prison they hang themselves with bedsheets or a rope. I guess if i were in prison i could also stab myself in the chest with a knife or use the night-night method.

I've spent 3 years in a pen. it depends on the prison. the problem with ctb when you're locked up is that there is no privacy. none. you share cell with a lot of people. so it's impossible to ctb. so you have to be creative. there was one inmate who used a belt to stop the bloodflow to his leg. He sat like that for a few hours. When he's gotten up the blood clot from his leg caused a heart attack.

I'm curious where prisoners get the knowledge to CTB from. So many guides and information we had to read with the Internet to help. Where do prisoners get ideas from? I have heard they are the most creative and inventive bunch so that certainly would help.
