I've had many ideas for plans. Jumping, using a gun, overdosing on SN or another strong drug. But I can never have confidence in it. I can never start taking the research seriously. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I guess that many people take planning ctb seriously when they feel determined to leave this world, it's a feeling that they have and they feel certain about their decision. I just don't really think that you can force yourself to start seriously planning.
