Help How do I get the inert gas without seeming suspicious?

Hey everyone. I have read PPeH and Final Exit and decided to do it through the gas method. But the issue is: HOW do I get the gas itself? I called a few welder companies, but I think I may have outed myself by asking for argon for welding with an anxious stuttering voice. Then I called another company and I asked the lady there if they can deliver the gas to apartment. She was surprised to hear it, saying it's first time someone asks this, and that they don't really deliver to buildings. I really am scared, because if they figure out I'm suicidal, they WON'T sell it to me. There's a few companies left who also deal gas. But I am afraid to fuck it up. Under what pretense do I order it and where should I ask them to deliver it to? BTW I'm from Eastern Europe and it is winter right now, so that complicates things. The law says nothing about forbidding keeping gas tanks at your apartment. Please, I need to figure out how to get some. Thanks!

I wouldn't worry too much about a stutter, just act like you know what youre talking about.
Argon is used in TIG welding. You want the 100% stuff. Say you're welding aluminum, though they probably won't ask.
Nitrogen is used to fill car tires and in beer making. Tires are supposed to stay filled and last longer with it as opposed to regular air. In beer it's used to make it foamy, like from a tap. I think.
Both are also used as "blanket" gasses to preserve oxygen sensitive materials like oil paint or polyurethane. argon can be better for this because it's heavier than nitrogen and will settle more.

Some places deliver resedential, some don't. Keep calling until you find one that does, or go pick it up.

Well, it does have its difficulties, but obtaining rope, pullup bar and handcuffs was much easier than trying to get a huge metal clinging gas tank full of highly compressed gas, checking for all gas leaks, buying expensive equipment and etc etc..

Failed hanging leaves awful consequences. Failed SN, on the other hand, does not (as i heard)

It's true, if you cannot properly compress your carotid artery, then you will likely abort a partial hanging, where you're just kneeling or leaning forward or something. If you have handcuffs though, you might not be able to help yourself in certain situations where you fail to pass right out, you might strangle to death and that is not fun.

I told a welding supply store that I needed a 40 cubic foot cylinder of nitrogen because I was storing food in 5 gallon plastic containers and I needed to replace the oxygen in them with nitrogen. If you buy potato chips ....it is nitrogen in the bag that makes it plump. No one questioned this because people do it. And, I learned people put nitrogen in opened gallons of paint because it eliminates that hardening of the top and saves money that way. Pick a use and be confident about it. Use youtube.. there is man on it who shows you how to put nitrogen into the 5 gallon containers for food storage,
