I don't really think that others can answer this question, when to leave this world is a personal decision that can only be made by the individual. But of course I understand just wishing to be gone from this hellish world, I wish that it's easier to leave all of the suffering behind. I personally think that if I had a painless and reliable method I would have no problems going through with suicide.
