How do I actually get SN?

Somebody told me DrugHub is also an option but they want payment in BitCoin so I'm not trying it. Just putting it out there.

It's a Ukrainian based site. It sells pure SN and that's where a lot of people on this site get their SN. I would do a search for it. A lot of users recommend it and have received their SN

Any time something becomes a legit option, over-funded bored government stooges will shut it down. DH guy believed the SN cause. He wasn't out to make a quick buck. I bet he got busted.
