How can you hang yourself at your apartment?

Get a strong hook and install it in the ceiling.

Aren't standard ceiling made of concrete? Even if it's a wooden ceiling there should be beams. A while ago a user postet an instalaltion of sth they have bought and that was installed oon the wall, I don't remember the thread title too search for it.

Wood or concrete is certainly good. In my country most ceilings are of a thin layer of gesso and then hollow unfortunately.
