Help How can I get over SI?

I know that if you do it right, it's possible to pass out within 15 minutes. I don't fear death, but I feel like my SI is worse than others because I'm not used to the feeling that I'm going to die other than one time when I took 4 grams of caffeine. That wasn't anywhere near an overdose, but even if it had been, I was found because, like a moron, I was puking in the bathroom instead of my own room. My mom forced me to go to the ER. Unfortunately, my point is that if anything goes wrong when attempting to die by SN, it would be because of SI, from what I can tell since the only way not to die is if you're found.
