Help How can I be a person without feelings like my ex?

I have been living with him for more than a year and I have never seen him cry, regret, or feel sorry for the past, or stay up at night sad. There are many like him in the world. How could I have become emotionless like them?

There are many people I know who are heartless. The first of them was my lover who did not cry, nor regret his past, nor repent of his mistakes. He is very healthy. How do you think I became like them?
