how bad is the throwing up reflex with the SN method

i have kidney problems, and tendency to throw up. i already did preparation and its just started.
how bad is the throwing up reflex. can i do it if even eating make me nausea or it wont be possible?
i realy want to finish it.

Nausea is just terrible, at least for me, it is clearly worse than a headache. 0.5g sn was enough for me to make me very sick, I think you will vomit with a probability of 60% even with antiemetics

Yeah I felt a bit sick because I took all my pills at once but as soon as I drank it I vomited, but it's basically salt water so your body will always want to throw it up

If you follow the regime then there's high chance that enough SN will be absorbed in stomach before you throw up to kill you.

too little absorb before throwing up- finishing with damage
i need to hold and not to throw up, for how long?

why this method is so popular if its so hard?
