tiring day , just go the the place i planned to jump , there's security guard close by , 2 days from now i will have very little time
from readying my self overcome SI etc and actually jumping.

Incrementally worse. My health insurance is going to run out soon and I really need to get a different policy which is a total pain in the ass and I have zero motivation. I used to go running first thing in the morning to boost endorphins. But I can't even get out of bed. Need to go buy some food but zero motivation for that also.
