Help How are people accessing SN?

I'm so confused. Is SN that hard to access? How am I seeing so many people on here that are able to access it? I'm from the US, is there any way for me to get some (hopefully soon)?? Or are there any alternatives?

There are websites, One very popular DSL you have hints of its name all over the forum...however lately there has been problems with deliverys and many people seem to have their package stuck on customs

So right now idk whats the best source if there is any...

That source doesn't ship to individuals anymore. Also your a new account trying to get a source, and instead of doing your own research, this is what you're doing.
