If someone has any personal knowledge or experience of how a hotel deals with the exit/ctb of a guest, could you please PM? Thank you.

They secure the room then call emergency services. From there they look at the scene and document the room/evidence, call medical examiner to declare you are dead then you will be shipped to the morgue for your next of kin to be notified if you have a ID on you.
