• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

1) Incorrect. Soundproofing would have nothing to do with room size. Soundproofing is in the walls (if it is). Common walls are usually the ones that are soundproofed.
2) Depends on where you stay. I'd say higher class hotels would have soundproofing, certainly better soundproofing, than budget hotels/motels.
3) Depends where you live. If US, more likely to be institutionalized for some period of time.

There is no thing as 100% soundproof (in a hotel anyway). Sound-deadening would be a better term. Or, sound-reducing measures.

Oh, that's one of the worst options.

I worry that if the room is small, there is a greater chance of being heard if loud noises are made.
