You might as well go expensive if it is going to be your last days.

There's probably literally thousands of hotels around me lol--but yeah, if you can, you can always go to a nice 5 star downtown, I mean technically you don't have to pay for it lol. Seriously though, If it has a better view than your place, it's what you want--might as well have your last days be enjoyable right?

As a heads up, more name-brand like hotels (say like Marriott as I know they do this) take cash places, or let you have third party booking, BUT they still need a card on site at book-in for "incidentals" (i.e. you trash the room). I mention this in case you might have people look for you. They can easily track your card to exactly where you are, in case you were wanting a completely untraceable location.

Might not be as bad in your area (don't know where you are), but it applies where I am in places I've been.
I wonder if a ctb success is considered trashing the room...

Might depend... they could say they have to "disinfect the room, replace the mattress, burn the sheets" etc for safety and charge for that including total cost for employees to do it.

Even if they don't really do any of it, and for "lost revenue of room from sales during that time" You honestly never know. But then I'd think that a hotel, big ones at least, would have at least a few replacement 'everything' just in case things like that happen (even accidental/natural) so it wouldn't matter.

I really feel for any employees who must see accidental and intentional deaths in hotels. Would imagine it's not uncommon.

CTB in the hotel bathroom would probably be best. I guess having a sign on the door explaining there's a body inside would help mitigate the distress of the staff as they could then go and call the police/ ambulance and not have to see anything. I've deciding on CTB at a hotel and want to make sure that I don't cause anyone any trauma.

That's why I want to tape a bed sheet up in the entry way with a sheet of paper taped to that so I can do it in the bed and the staff don't need to see

Technically you could buy like dog training pads at bulk buying places... tape up the back side, and lie on them on the bed... they could "catch" things, you'd be "comfortable" on the bed, they'd have to toss the pillows if that, maybe the thing on top, but the bed would still be good--or you could just bring your own entirely, and toss theirs to the side/floor, like a plastic cover, then dog things, then your things so it's not noisy, then you'd be comfy, and they could just slide you off, and it'd be like you were helping.
