I fucking hate mental hospitals but I might be going back in. I'm so scared I'll kill my mum is the reason. Love her dearly. So distressed. I think I will go in to protect her. I feel I'm gonna snap. I hate this world but myself more.

Goodness.. why would you want to kill her if you love her dearly? Please go to hospital - you really don't want to carry through with this. I'm sorry you're dealing with such intrusive thoughts
