Method Hopefully this time i do it!

last time i was supposed to do it 2 weeks ago, but i made a dumb mistake which lead to my friends suspecting.
This time i will do it and no fucking thing will ever stop me!
I'm changing the meto method, i will take 10 mgs every 8 hours for two days, the last pill i will take 20 mg of meto before an hour of ingesting SN, is this good?
I will fast for 8 hours
i will take 225 mg of zantac 35 minutes before SN
two 500 mg panadol pills for the headache 10 minutes before SN
18 grams of SN

Is this all correct?

I don't know, a cup? im thinking two cups since ive read it doest taste good
