Do Russian intelligence services have access to Epsteil material that could be used to blackmail Trump? My hot take is: probably yes. Will they be used? I am not sure. Probably not. At least not in Alaska.
I think there are too many high-profile people entangled in the Epstein mess for any one of them to be singularly exploited. Consider... if Russia tried to blackmail Trump over something in the files, there are so many other people who would be implicated so they in turn would be pressuring Russia not to do it. IF you released info on just Trump to expose him, someone in support of him would release what they have about you or someone important to you... and the whole house of cards comes down.
Blackmail really only works when person A has done a bad thing and person B finds out. If there are a dozen other people involved, it becomes a mess in a hurry and you either have to blackmail them all or none, because once one is outed he'll turn on the others to mitigate his case and they know it... so you end up with a whole different kind of circle jerk forming where everyone who can be implicated bands together to protect each other from being exploited and bringing everyone down.
This is why the Democrats didn't try to release info either while Biden was in office... same problem. Democrats have people they want to protect just like the Republicans do... so both sides are compelled to protect everyone since outing your enemy means your enemy will out you too.
