When I try to hang myself am I supposed to hold my breath until I fall into unconsciousness? It's a bit painful because it takes me long to go unconsciousness from hanging. I kind of back off from it because I'm not passing out. So I'm just wondering when hanging should I hold my breath until I fall unconsciousness is that how it works ?
