Saw the title and thought it was worth sharing my tattoo I got in 2018.
It was kinda on impulse, I knew I wanted a palm tattoo just not sure what. I ended up getting this one telling myself that supposedly palm tattoos didn't last long, that if I just had to hold on until it faded away, maybe things could change for the better. It's still very much on my hand, nowhere close to fading the photo is from when it was still healing though.
Whenever someone asks, I just make something up like hold on to the people that matter, childhood creativity, or whatever I could think of. I've never mentioned to anyone in person what it means.

I LOVE IT!!!! I'm looking to get a tattoo just above my cuts on my wrist but I have a phobia of needles and I'm scared of backing out (not a good idea after they start lol)
May I ask about the rose too? I love roses

I just really like roses illustrations, if this had a color it would be red because of the whole love/courage part. I switch between roses and lilies, I like lilies just because of the smell though.

If you really want to get a tattoo, just try to pick a tattoo artist you can talk to beforehand. They'll be able to add extra time because you might want a break, and are more likely to have some patience if you do want to finish up another day. Also, I'd say tattoos feel closer to cat scratching at your arm, and since they don't look like the needles at a doctors office nor feel like them maybe you'll be able to talk yourself into it one day

Actually I already talked to a place in town. They are really nice which helps a lot. I've also seen their work and its amazing. Now I just need to be 100% sure about the one I want then get really high and use a whole bottle on numbing cream lol
