Hello, help, please, I found a page where they sell you a 15-milliliter bottle of N and it contains 6 grams of pentobarbital. The question is, what do you recommend taking? If the three bottles are a total of 45 milliliters and a total of 18 grams of pentobarbital? Or just take 2 and a half bottles so that there are a total of 15 grams of pentobarbital? What would be correct? I weigh 75 kg and are 1.72 meters tall. I am afraid of vomiting if I take the three bottles.

Afaik the PPH suggests 10g+

If you can buy it in a local store it's probably not scam - this is only possible in South American countries. Nobody is gonna sell legit N online not even on DNMs. I wouldn't trust this.
