Go to a bad part of the closest city, most dealers of smaller towns only carry weed/low level drugs etc in my experience

Big problem is sourcing them without getting ripped off and knowing if what you're getting is what you wanted and were told it was. Dealers will tell you it's whatever you were looking for.Similar threads
