Help with Stan's guide

I read the SN guide by Stan but i didn't quite understand the two methods u take the SN (diet and dose) and what is actually the difference between these two it has a lot of key words i honestly feel horrible not able to understand it i was wondering if somebody here got the time to explain it a little more I'm really considering this method as my hanging is not working and im left with jumping thank u in advance.

The difference is how you take the anti-emetics to try and prevent vomiting. Either build them up over time or take several just before the sn each has its benefits and drawbacks.

One is a 48 hour regimen that includes taking the medication, fasting, and preparing yourself for the CTB and the other is what's called a stat dose, it's a one hour regimen that you don't have so much preparation and less medicines to take. With the staff knows you can ctb in an hour versus waiting two days.

What other aspects did you not understand Or need clarity on?

Thank u for clarifying im wondering if i could dispence on the other drugs except for the Antiemetic half of them i can't afford pretty easy and the other half Needs me lying on a doc I'm thinking about getting only the Metoclopramide along side with the SN and try the two days method do u think i could get away with it without pain killers or any of the others?

For clarification, all of the additional medications Are intended to make the process hopefully easier but are not required. The reasons for each medication is listed In the guide so you would know what it's for. The painkillers are just over the counter as well as the ant acids and shouldn't be very expensive. Many people have had to improvise based on what they can afford or they can procure.

Thanks sir i feel better now i can try ordering the SN from amazon it's just gonna be a problem with getting some of the other meds if i could, do u think its possible for me to come back here if i probably got another question it's really hard to get an answer sometimes, thanks ❤

Yes of course you can always continue posting on your op. I would say that you could PM me but I'm not sure how much longer I will be around. But you could try.
I don't see why it would be hard to get an answer to your questions, just keep posting until you do

To be clear, none are required, though an anti emetic can likely make the process easier. If you are going to focus on obtaining only one thing, that would be it.
