Help Help with maybey having bipolar 2

I dont wanna offend anyone and tbh I rather ask here.

I have a few of intense depressive episodes 2 ended hospitalized and im in the middle of one rn (no i dont wanna be hospitalized) money reasons. And I have MDD and BPD and GAD.

Yes Ive felt manic 2 times for like 4 days or 3 and another after my both of hospitalizations. Anxiety wise can happen but not for long.

My psychiatrist said it was drugged induced with the increase of my hospitalization.

I do take lithium as well.

I wanna ask any of you l how you were diagnosed or what were your symptoms.
What happened after ya got diagnosed and if im right or not. Ik some symptoms of BPD
mimic bipolar but again just wanna make sure.

I dont wanna tell my psychiatrist cuz I dont want her to think I wanna collect mental illnesses like pokemon cards and ik thats a serious thing . Please dont be offended I just wanna be sure.
