Help with hanging

I need to ctb, preferably tonight. I read that if you apply 3kgs of pressure to the cartoid arteries in your neck, you'll pass out within seconds. I've tried more than once now but got nothing. I have a thick cord for my rope and I'm not sure if it works either, but it's the fastest thing I can think of. There's no rope in the apartment, since I just moved in. What can I do?
