Help to create an exit bag

Hello everyone :)

I failed an attempt 2 years ago, and now that I have freedom again I would like to try again, but it really needs to work.
I want to make an exit bag, but after searching the web for a long time, I dont feel like I have enough information to make failproof bag. I need this to work.
So my question would be if anyone have a good guide/video on how to build a bag and install the gas and so on? And also information on what gas and how much to use.

It does say however, that you need at least 600L gas to make sure. This is a typo right? Shouldnt it be 600ml? And can you just stick the gas tube up in under the mask?
