Help me please

I am really in crunch mode to find a way out of this life. I need to be gone soon and I am starting to panic now. I am considering cold water drowning but am also petrified of being saved or it not working for a prolonged amount of time and being in severe pain. I really would like to die at home though, can someone please explain hanging to me in a very simple non complicated way or pm me. I have read the threads ECT and I just don't understand it really. I know you need a rope and a noose. How do you place the noose on you, and does the noose just tighten itself or do I need to do anything further? I mean do I just place my head in the nose and kick a chair away or is there much the that needs to be done. Please help me, I am very very desperate.

How do you place the noose on you

you should place it around the carotids, it should be above your adam's apple you can feel their pulse if you place your fingers on your neck or you can just look up where they are

and does the noose just tighten itself or do I need to do anything further?

the noose tightens under load just secure the noose around your neck before kicking your chair and try to compress the carotids this will make you lose conciousness in seconds

I don't have an adams apple. I am female. I can feel the carotid arteries on my right side but it is hard to feel them on my left side. How can you tell if what you're feeling is from the carotid arteries or if they're from the jugular just from feeling though?

if you're too worried you can look up a neck diagram for better precision and you can do tests with the rope by compressing it with your hands

Thank You... I will do that. I have tried pressing on my carotid arteries before however, I never even came close to passing out. At least I think they were my carotid arteries.

The rope just needs to be right under the jawline. With fsh that's where it's going to end up no matter where it's placed.
