Help! I need to find a way to die

Hi, I am withdrawing from olanzaoije (an anti psychotic) & I'm in hell. I need to find a way to die - I haven't been able to get hold of SN & I can't find a place tall enough to jump from. I'm bedridden so I can't get a rope to hang myself. Is there any way I could slit my throat or another way? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Cutting (anywhere) isnt recommended. It can go very badly. Please dont make any permanent decisions while you're in withdrawal. Get in contact with your doctor as soon as possible and tell her or him that you are suffering from withdrawals.

When youre in pain, the part of your brain that is responsible for decision making wont work properly. You end up making decisions that you regret later on.
Please take care of yourself.

Are you slow tapering? Never taper rapidly please
