Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Congrats! Yea I'm sure iv heard of a lot of people on the forum suggesting domperidone if they can't get metoclopramide. I did a quick Google search and it sounds like it's exactly the same anti-emetic wise, domperidone just doesn't cross the blood brain barrier which means it has less side effects. Probably a better alternative from what I can tell. Not that side effects are a major issue when you are shortly going to ctb.
