I'm really struggling with this

SN isn't allowed in my country
don't have access to firearms
jumping is terrifying to me
hanging is a tricky one and I don't live alone which makes it even harder
can't do CO poisoning either

not being from the US limited my methods by a lot

the issue is that I'm not picky who looks for a painless.. i just don't have access to them in the 1st place
i don't mind some pain as long as i die, nothing can top the pain from living.

I went through the resource compilation and couldn't a method..

I need help with this, i have to die.

I always believe it's a bit gorey, and possibly traumatizing, but getting ran over by a train is something I've seen a fair bit of posts over from people in a similar situation where methods are difficult.

Aside from that, iirc there are guides to ODing on the resource complication. If not maybe search for some.

What country are you in? If you don't want to share that's okay. It would help to know at least what region of the world you're from. There are many ways to ctb, even with limited resources. I really wish there is a straightforward way to leave, it's so horrible to me how suicide is purposely made so inaccessible. But anyway I hope that you eventually find the freedom you so desperately wish for.
