Hi, I found this on another post https://scispace.com/pdf/observation-of-17-asphyxial-suicides-by-helium-gas-36qv9iwv9g.pdf

Post: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...s-no-need-for-a-regulator-in-exit-bag.221232/

I´m really looking into this method, on the first link people seem to be just laying down on a bed and it looks really peaceful. I would like to do what the girl did, she used a bigger bag that went all the way down to her waist.

Do you think it is possible to do it while laying down on a bed? and, Do you know how many litters of helium would I need to accomplish this? I know I need to get a flow of 15 to 20 lt per minute, do you know for how long should this be? (like for how many minutes should it keep going?)

Feel free to share your thoughts with me

Thank you
I also just read this: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...tion-symptoms-during-inert-gas-method.222587/

So, what do you think, is it a safe death and almost a painless one?

Im learning as you are but I believe a continuous flow of 40min is guaranteed death, but it could be as little as like 10min at around 12-20lpm

and I have seen like little as 250L of helium being mentioned

As for laying down its def possible.

again Im learning all of this like you so take all of this with a grain of salt

Thank you for your response.

I think some people think you need to sit and strap yourself because of involuntary movements, but I don't know about this. I would like it if I could just be laying down on bed.
