heavy objects that can be used in the door hanging method?

i'm going to use the full suspension door hanging method. i would use the knob but im afraid im too heavy. what objects can i tie the end of my noose too?

I doubt you're too heavy for a doorknob. They go through the door. Like, the wood itself would have to give.
