All I can suggest is to do nothing on impulse (easy to say I know). Even if, on reflection, you decide to go ahead and ctb the chances of a successfull attempt without thought and preparation aren't really that good.
You can always come here to vent and know that no one is going to judge or criticise.

I lost the person who I was living for too, a while ago. The best I can recommend is to try to amend that hole in your heart. Try to desperately meet new people, talk to new people. Keep talking, avoid isolation more than anything
