Hear voices goos pumps

I hear from time to time voices what gives me goosebumbs.

Is this normal?

I think i hear voices from deceased people occasionally..... I can't explain it!.
i also have conversations with me in my head. I identify this as a voice.

Do these 'voices' tell you to do something !?
