Lately I have been having a sharp pain in my head. I don't know if it's from thinking about death so much. Literally 24/7 I think about my death scenario, what I will look like, how people will react, what happens if something goes wrong.

I think I'm already crazy as small headaches make my self harm ideation a bit better as well as being sore from working out also feeling the same way sometimes i usually go to the thought of dying by myself me and I every second of every day but it's a bit better when I have soreness or pain or something else to distract from my mind
