There's no chance of survival if a fully laden truck of that size goes over your head. I would say it's pretty much instant too, as your brain controls consciousness. You could be talking 40 tonnes fully laden, but even empty they are about 7-8 tonnes. That's a huge amount of force.

I would not recommend doing this. The driver would be traumatized and arrested until it was proven it was a suicide and not reckless driving.

Also, as a city bus driver I can tell you 100% the driver would not even know they ran over your head. The tires are so large they would just keep driving. I hit road kill all the time and dont even feel it and neither do my passengers.
