My friend has some nerve damage (?) I'm honestly not too sure what exactly it is but iirc he has some trouble moving his arms. I haven't really asked because I'm not sure if he's comfortable with it but it was something like that.
I just have this ugly slanted scar around my neck from my failed partial from fall last year that has healed pretty well but will probably never disappear completely. Nothing to serious from it though.

I was in the psych ward with this kid who, between alcohol abuse and painkiller overdoses, had damaged his kidneys so much that he couldn't drink at all for like the rest of his life.

There was a woman in the psych ward, who survived jumping and was in the wheel chair. Another woman destroyed her neck because of overdose something like bleach. I think one of the most dangerous thing is surviving hanging, because brain damage start after two minutes but your body can be rescued much more longer.

Not a serious attempt, but I stabbed myself in the abdomen at 14. I flexed my abs when I stabbed (I'm guessing because of SI), and it was deemed a superficial wound at the hospital. Wound was stitched shut for a week, I have a small scar there now.
