I read that SN over 10% pure or anyone under 21 is illegal to purchase in California, and I want to purchase SN from dmc but now am scared there will be a welfare check or something going wrong. Has anyone in California ordered before

I'm not in California so not sure. I'm also older than 21. I was planning on ordering the SN from the site that one site but then found out it shut down and I'm hoping to find out if there is another source out there that ships to the United States. Curious where you read about SN above 10% being illegal in California?

From what I heard it was mainly happening in the UK where the welfare checks occurred. I don't know about the US.

"On or after July 1, 2024, this bill, to be known as Tyler's Law, would prohibit a person, retailer, or online marketplace from selling sodium nitrite to a person under 18 years of age and sodium nitrite in concentrations greater than 10% to a person 18 years of age or older. The bill would establish a defense to the former prohibition if the purchaser acknowledged before purchase they were at least 18 years of age through an effective system, as specified, and the person, retailer, or online marketplace took all reasonable precautions and exercised due diligence to ensure the product would be sold and delivered to a person at least 18 years of age, or the purchaser acknowledged before purchase they were at least 18 years of age and the person, retailer, or online marketplace complies with the requirements of the California Age-Appropriate Design Code Act. The bill would exclude from these provisions the sale of sodium nitrite to a business."

I live in Cali and bought SN via DMC but it never arrived. The 2nd one was sent out but it's been stuck at customs
I saw your post and honestly, I'm surprised what happened. Though for what I know it seems like you were more of an unlucky outlier, being apparently reported by discord and all.
From what it looks like those in the UK could get a welfare check from buying SN from DMC alone which is pretty scary

I also read their post, and it seems like he brought it upon himself honestly. he said he told a few people and sent pictures of the sn on discordSimilar threads
