Has anyone here tried to ctb with carbon monoxide but failed?

How did you try to ctb with CO and what made you fail?
Do you have any tips for me or is there anything I need to know if I'll decide to ctb with CO?

I haven't tried it but I was considering it for some time. Just make sure you do it right because it's really easy to damage your brain and fail.

I failed because it took too long to pass out and my survival instinct kicked in. I spent many days after throwing up and feeling like shit. I don't think it caused any brain injury tho, and I was in there for about 20 minutes and I'm sure I was about to fall asleep before I panicked and left. I'm gonna try again soon. I'll have a lot more charcoal burning this time (just in case) and try to relax in there playing games or something.

Edit: I tried to do it on a fairly small bathroom, I know it's very dangerous because I live on an apartment and neighbours could be injured, but I don't have a car and can't even afford a tent lol, so... Maybe i'll schedule an email to my local firemen to be sent about 5 hours after I've gone in.

The best CO method is the cogen.

I can't say much for the 'Advice ' part but I have tried this method before, (probably will again after a while).... better to search more on your own

You've mentioned this at least a couple of times; could you provide more details, please and thank you, and/or a link to what you're referring to? I did google it before asking, but the results didn't seem related to anything one could use to ctb.

Of course i'm scared, because there's always that possibility with almost any method, and dying is always scary anyway. I had this well planned since months ago and I can only hope that it will work as long as no one finds me for a few hours.

I tried mixing sulfuric and formic acid in my car one time but chickened out. I was just going to pour one into the other, but I had no way of "cleaning" the newly created gas, so there would have just been acid fumes/ vapors in the air and CO. Breathing acid vapors in would've probably hurt like a b*tch
