Again, just like a broken record: A very strong mouthwash such as Botot has been suggested. It numbs the tongue, making it difficult to taste anything. Strong whiskey might have the same effect. Don't recall the ppeh suggesting to mix it with juice – would just be more to drink (if it's the liquid N). People can also hold their noses while they drink it. This is something kids used to do when they had to eat or drink something they didn't like. Many eat a chocolate peppermint patty after the N, and some practice beforehand by drinking all sorts of bitter things.
Six people who were ill were successful in taking the N, both powder and liquid. Their passing was proven by their obits. One said, "That wasn't so bad." Another said, "It smells like gasoline" but drank it anyway. Another had trouble getting it down because she didn't mix the powder well enough, but she managed because she was determined. She went to sleep in about 3 minutes and stopped breathing in 40. None of them let the fear of the taste discourage them. Those who are fortunate enough to acquire the N have the most simple and peaceful method possible – unless Nitschke's Sarco is someday available for use :)
