Has anyone here failed at full suspension or is it pretty much gauranteed to work?

If there is a possibility it won't work should I do hanging plus charcoal?

The only way you would fail full suspension hanging is if the ligature snapped or you got found in time. As long as you have a strong ligature and can make sure you won't be found for at least an hour, you'll succeed.
