So I recently realized I experience a way diff sort of anxiety to most other people? I don't get a tight chest, sweaty palms, heart rate etc mine is purely a horrible stomach churning, impending soon feeling, has anyone had any success treating this? It's the worst kind I think, it's horrible and like a living hell

It's a symptom. You have to root the cause and therefore hopefully alleviate the symptoms. That being said, medical professionals will often help treat the symptoms while working on your source. This can take many forms. Similarly, a lot of folks smoke weed to help. I don't, personally, but I have in the past.
People with Aspergers that have difficulty with anxiety sometimes manage it with what is called "stimming". The classic picture of this is a child that flaps his hands. As these children grow, they learn to shift to less disconcerting forms of physical stimulation such at finger rubbing, face touching, etc. The generation of intentional physical sensation can introduce a feeling of control that can help to reduce anxiety enough to be more manageable.
For a longer term therapy, you might want to experiment with applying (after an anxiety inducing event) a mental exercise to imagine the worst possible outcome and see if you could imagine a way to deal with it. This can begin to build a confidence in your ability to come through anxiety situations with them taking less of a toll.
One such exercise is to consider what you would do if you suddenly awoke in a residential neighborhood you didn't know and were naked. This would be an intense experience (especially in the winter). You might consider knocking at the door of someone and asking if they needed any work done like cleaning their garage in exchange for some clothing and food. In this exercise, even if they called the police, your situation would still be improved.
I get nausea with anxiety. Peppermint oil or capsules help me a lot. Any over the counter nausea med is better than nothing (there are lots) Getting an anti nausea prescription for emergencies is best of course. I know people hate them but benzos definitely help me to not feel nauseated when anxious. People suggest weed but be very very careful I get more nausea and panic when I use weed so it's purely a personal trial and error to see what helps and doesn't.
You have to find what helps you were all different. For me chemically Propranolol and valium helps.
Mentally unfortunately only aggression helps. If I run out of beds I have to focus on all the evil in the world and my anger is boiling to the point I can swerve panic. However this is only useful in short term 30minutes etc.
I struggle with the intensity of my anxiety at times I have however found that using a weighted blanket helps a bit. I was very skeptical at the thought that a blanket could help but it does, well for me anyway. There is loads of research been done about them in terms of helping individuals who suffer with anxiety, insomnia and autism.I've also find a bit of relief from using promethazine. Hope you find something that at least gives you a bit of relief from it if anything.
Do you think it's your fight or flight kicking in and overloading your body with adrenaline?
Sometimes i get down on the floor knees tucked under feet relaxed, breathe out,arm strectched over head and bow til my forehead touches the floor, and stay that way for maybe ten minutes, it helps sometimes. I f you get dizzy like i do just get up slowly.

I use a rocking chair as my main seat when I'm sitting.
I've had success with benzos for anxiety, even the stomach symptoms, but I don't like to use them more than is absolutely necessary. They can be helpful though, imo.
