I don't imagine many people will read this or that this will get much reach as I'm a new user, but I need to discuss this with someone. I've been scared to post this in any other site ever because I genuinely believe that it is so effective and so dangerous that most people shouldn't know about it.

The one and only method to CBT is asphyxiation through sphygmomanometer (blood pressure cuff). Allow me elaborate;

A sphygmomanometer, or blood pressure cuff, measures BP (blood pressure) by temporarily blocking your artery, then listening to the blood flow as it returns. The idea here is that instead of putting the cuff around your arm the way a normal doctor would do, you'll place it around your neck, thus blocking both carotid arteries and causing you to CBT. It is imperative that you use a MANUAL one, not a digital one like I did, since digital blood pressure cuffs automatically deflate when their internal pressure sensor detects a complete oscillation pattern that allows them to calculate your systolic, MAP, and diastolic values, and by then you'll be unconscious but not dead. Me not knowing this is what kept me from having a successful attempt.

If you've ever seen a manual cuff you'll know that it has a little pump that you use to inflate the cuff yourself. Once you close the valve there is no way the cuff would ever deflate.

How long does it take? : about a minute until you're fully gone
Does it hurt?: NO. How do I know? I tried it, of course. The cuff is rather comfortable and doesn't cut into your skin like a rope would.
How does it work?: The carotids carry the majority of oxygenated blood to your brain. If both get compressed, the brain's supply drops within seconds. You can pass out in 5–10 seconds without feeling any pain, and then it's all done from there. Quick and easy.
Does it make any sound or ruckus?: NO. you will be silent as a mouse.
Is it affordable?: A manual cuff is 15 to 22 dollars on amazon. IRL, they might have them at your local pharmacy.
Is it suspicious? : Obviously not. Hell, you might even ask your parents for this shit and they'll give it to you. after all, it's meant for monitoring your health...

This article is the only documented case of this method I could find. Let me know what you guys think.
Have there actually been ctb cases with this method?
I gave it a try with the cuff we have at home but despite the number of attempts it didn't really do anything aside from giving me a sore neck.
Don't really get it..

yes, there are some specifics though, you need one of the older cuffs and I would put something on the sides of your throat. I believe it would take some time 30+ minutes for death though you should pass out within 5min, the biggest struggle is that once you pass out, you cant inflate the cuff or keep tabs on it, so it is generally not a good idea and I don't know of any success.

I would look at the Night Night method

I didn't want to do this method because there's more arteries that supply the brain than just the 2 carotid arteries, such as the 2 vertebral arteries and 3 spinal arteries that are protected by bone making them unable to block those arteries, and I don't want to risk permanent brain damage.
